Insurance is currently collecting coats, boots, blankets,
clothing, toiletries and other items for the Cherry Street
Mission in Toledo, Ohio. If you wish to donate, you can
bring your item to Barron Insurance and we will take it
to the Mission. Barron's is doing this because there is
such a huge need right now in the community. ?The Sparrow?s
Nest (the women's outreach division of the Mission) provides
safe emergency shelter for single women, with food, clothing,
and hygiene items. This year?has seen more woman needing
help than they did last year. ?Barron Insurance feels
so blessed that we want to give back to those in need. |

What would you think if your five-year old son told you he has all these books he doesn’t need anymore and so he wants to give them away? Your first reaction just might be: AWWW! Well, the second thing that hit Nicholas Mills’ mom, Amanda, was: what a blessing it would be to multiply her son’s idea by hundreds or even thousands. So mother and son made a plan. A Book Drive plan. Between now and the end of August bring the books you don’t need anymore to our office. Thanks to Nicholas Mills, we’ll get them in the hands of people who do. Next time you’re dusting your bookshelves, think like Nicholas thinks. And if you don’t sell all those books at your garage sale, come on down!
